Cannot get enough of hiking with Small Head!

H and I take advantage of being off on weekdays by going to local hikes – today we tried Thornton Vista Beach. M had shown me this hike the day before, but we weren’t able to complete it. So H and I returned to finished it.

This hike is easy to complete, has clear marked trails, and secluded from the the highway for a real get-away-from-the-city feel.

Here was our setup – H wore Joey in the backpack and I walked Mason on a leash. Mason is significantly younger than Joey and full of energy! He loves to explore and smell everything.

You can see in the photo that there are clearly laid out trail paths.

This vest I’ve just bought from Costco and have used it everyday! There are 4 large pockets perfect for everything I need when walking the dogs.

We adopted Small Head on 9/2/2017 and it’s been a whirlwind adventure since!
